Steps for Sample Requisition

1. If patients’ sample data is not found in the database, the laboratory user may create a new sample database.
2. Click on the “Sample” icon on the homepage, Locate the “add sample button” on the top right corner of the page or the “Add sample” Link on the quick link menu bar
3. If the Patient is non-existent click on> create patient and register sample option
4. This loads a data form > fill in all patient-specific information or details.
5. Click on submit
